I wanted to thank Air Quality Heating & Air Conditioning LLC for the amazing work they have done for me! I am a Landlord and I had an issue with one of my properties. Karen from air quality was amazing! She kept me update about the timeline my tenet would expect the arrival of the service technician, and what to expect thru the whole process. Her communication is so efficient that it put my mind at ease. I was thrilled at the timely response to complete the entire whole process and most importantly my tenet was happy. Once the technician arrived, they were knowledgeable and prepared! The quality for the investigating that was used to pinpoint the problem was complete with regard to every detail. I have truly enjoyed my experience with them. I will CERTAINLY use there services again & again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
I was referred to this company by a friend and I cannot thank her enough. They are fast and the service tech was very knowledgeable. I went through a AHS and within an hour of me requesting them they called to see how urgent the matter was. The next day they were there assessing the issue. I highly recommend them.
I was referred to Air Quality Heating&Air from my home warranty company. I woke up in the morning and my furnace had quit working overnight. They were pretty busy but worked me in that evening. Showed up on time and called 30 minutes ahead. Got my furnace running for the night ordered a part and replaced it the next day. Excellent service and very nice people to deal with. This was the contracted company through my home warranty American Home Sheild. I submitted the request online Monday night, Karen from Air Quality called me the next morning on Tuesday to schedule my appoint for Wednesday morning between 9am - 1pm, I received a call at 8m saying my technician would be my next stop and they would call me when he was 30 mins away. She called back, letting me know he was on his way. Robbie got here, he was professional, knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly. I highly recommend this place.

Hands down best service! I called with no heat, and they handled it very quickly. Got my heat back working until they were able to order the part that was needed. I was not the easiest customer, but they handled me with such kindness and grace. Thank you!!
